Our bankruptcy fee agreements spell out what services you will receive, from the time that you retain one of our Olympia bankruptcy attorneys all the way to your discharge and the closing of the case.
Our consultations are free. Once you meet us and decide to hire us as your attorneys, you can retain us for $200. We can put you on a payment plan for the balance of the fees. We make it as easy and affordable as possible for you. If you want, we can run a debit card once a month so you do not have to write checks.
A friend or relative can pay your fees as long as they keep in mind that you are our client, not them, and our duty is to serve your needs and keep your confidences above all else.
Because of the nature of bankruptcy work, we usually have to charge all our Chapter 7 fees up front before we file your case. If you are facing an emergency such as a garnishment, we may be able to file your case for part of the fee up front. In a Chapter 13, we usually charge only part of the fee before we file and we consolidate the rest of our fees with your debt to be paid through the payment plan.
